A. The problem of special small-mouth bottle hasn’t been completely resolved for many years. In recent years although the negative pressure type bottle cleaner has produced, which isn’t satisfied with people. It only absorbs water into inside of bottle while cleaning bottle by negative pressure. Although it can dissolve the adhesive material cover the inner wall of machine and difficulty break away them. If we use the negative pressure to absorb in water from the bottle without the washing pressure, so the difficultly discharge from the bottle.

B. Our factory has produced the bottle cleaner which can resolve completely this question. We put the special small-mouth bottle into the inside of die, each die has six or eight bottles, and then the bottle enter into rotary chamber with intermittent type to await washing through the orbit.

 C. The main technique of this machine is that we designed the device which can mix the water and air and also atomize them. After inserted automatically the needle tube into the inside of bottle, the atomized water and air are sprayed into the inside of bottle through a certain pressure. It not only efficiently wet the inner wall of bottle and dissolves the adhesive material of the inner wall, but takes an action of the first washing .It is efficient to dissolve the adhesive material cover the inner wall, washing the inner wall and washing off them from the bottle. The washed bottles are rotated into other working position, and inserted the needle tube into the inside of the bottle.

D. At the second time we blow the certain manomentric, pure and dry air into the bottle. Leavings of the thin bead that isn’t seen with our eye clean out from the inside of bottle and reaches to the purpose of the complete clean and dryness.

 E. The washed and dried bottles have been pushed out automatically from the bottle cleaner and directly enter into the procedures of the filling and cap-screwing.
